Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a variety of equipment
  • Travel to job sites to service equipment with limited or no supervision
  • Use independent judgment to diagnose and resolve issues in the field
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot equipment problems
  • Complete accurate service documentation as needed
  • Order parts from vendors as required to complete repairs
  • Provide safe, superior customer service on every job

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of technician experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment; aerial equipment experience a plus
  • Strong mechanical background, including various engine types, hydraulic and electrical systems, and construction equipment
  • Experience using diagnostic tools and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
  • Ownership of tools applicable to the position
  • Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority
  • High school diploma and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical
  • Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
  • Must have an acceptable MVR

USD $35.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.
